Narmada Winery FAQ

Are reservations required?

  • No, with restrictions. Reservations are highly recommended for groups of 4 or more. We are accepting walk-ins based off our reservation schedule. We cannot guarantee seating without a reservation. To make a reservation for 8 or less people CLICK HERE. For groups 9 or more, please email us at [email protected].

Can we make same day reservations?

  • No. We do not accept same day reservations. We do allow walk-in groups of less than 10. Groups larger than 10 without a reservation may be turned away based off of current capacity.

Do you allow large groups?

  • Yes, but with restrictions. We do allow large groups, though we require reservation for groups of 10 or more. We may have to turn away large groups without reservations. For groups larger than 30, please email us at [email protected].

Can we bring our own alcohol?

  • NO! OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS FORBIDDEN ON OUR PROPERTY. If you are found with outside alcohol, you will be asked to leave immediately.

Do we still need to wear masks, even if we are vaccinated?

  • Yes. We ask that all patrons, regardless of vaccination status wear a mask when entering the tasting room. Masks may be removed once seated at your table or outdoors. All front facing Narmada staff will be wearing masks. Wine and food can not be ordered without a mask.

Are you offering tasting and/or tours?

  • Yes, but with restrictions. We are currently offering seated tastings and flights. Tours are available by reservations Fridays-Sundays at 11am.

Are children and pets allowed on the premises?

  • Yes. Children and pets are welcomed at Narmada Winery. Due to being a working farm, we ask that all children remain under DIRECT ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES and that pets remain on leashes. An adult must be with children at the playground AT ALL TIMES. If these rules are broken, you will be given a verbal warning. AFTERWARDS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

Does Narmada Winery serve food?

  • Yes. We serve Indian food and light fare Thursday through Monday. Our menu can be found HERE. We make sure we order enough food for our reservations and then a few additional servings. To reserve your spot and food order, please click on the link HERE.

Can we bring our own outside food and beverages?

  • Yes. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed on site. They must be consumed outside of our tasting room.

Is there a last call?

  • Yes. Our seated tastings and kitchen stop 1 hour before the winery closes. We offer flights, glasses and open bottles up to 30 minutes before closing.

Can we remain on site after hours?

  • No. Winery gates close and lock 30 minutes after the tasting room closes. We recommend purchasing wines to go 15 minutes before closing. For guests that leave without closing their tabs, or for those with tabs open 15 minutes after closing, an automatic 15% gratuity will be added immediately before gates are locked.

Can we bring picnic blankets and lawn chairs?

  • Yes. Narmada Winery has 31 acres not under vine, though not all of it has seating. Lawn chairs and picnic blankets are encouraged in our public areas. Please stop in our tasting room before setting up for additional day of guidelines.

Are there covered areas at Narmada? What do we do if it rains?

  • Yes. We have several options for covered areas. Our picnic tables have umbrellas that provide shade. In the event of rain we also have our covered section under our deck, covered balcony and indoor seating. For larger groups, we may move your group to our crush-pad.

Can we fish at your pond?

  • Yes, with restrictions. We do allow catch and release at our fully stocked pond. YOU MUST CHECK IN WITH THE TASTING ROOM BEFORE GOING DOWN TO THE POND. If there is a private event rental that day, fishing will be prohibited.

Can we walk the property?

  • Yes, with restrictions. We allow our guests to enjoy our property, but ask that they respect other guests privacy. We ask that guests do not walk past our bridge onto private property. The pavilion is often used for private functions, and in case of emergency, is out of view from the tasting room. GUESTS THAT CROSS ONTO PRIVATE PROPERTY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATLEY.

Can we bring decorations for a birthday/ gathering?

  • Yes, with restrictions. We do not allow anything that is flammable, or any balloons on site. We welcome all other decorations as long as they are taken down and thrown away at the end of your visit. We allow birthday cakes and other treats on site, but cannot store them in our refrigerators. Please plan accordingly.

Can we bring our own yards games?

  • Yes, with restrictions. Please email us at [email protected] before bringing any outside yard games to the winery.
